Advisory Boundaries and Website Terms

Syrosoft is designed for executive advisory, independent review, and decision support. These terms summarize important boundaries for prospective clients, clients, and website visitors.

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Advisory-only services

Syrosoft provides advisory, review, decision support, advisor coordination, and executive perspective. Website content and advisory discussions are not delivery, implementation, managed operations, medical, legal, billing, coding, credentialing, HR, regulatory, tax, securities, insurance, accounting, compliance, or other regulated professional advice unless separately agreed with properly qualified professionals.

No guarantee of outcomes

Syrosoft advisory work is intended to improve decision quality and clarify risks, options, and operating considerations. Business, technology, market, vendor, and delivery outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for final decisions, approvals, delivery choices, vendor selections, professional-service obligations, compliance obligations, legal review, medical/professional review, financial review, and delivery management.

Advisor participation

Curated advisors may provide experience-based perspective where appropriate. Advisors should not provide confidential employer/client information, material non-public information, or advice outside their permitted scope.

Website information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Formal engagement terms, confidentiality obligations, pricing, deliverables, and limitations should be documented in a written agreement before advisory work begins.

Written agreement precedence

If Syrosoft and a client enter into a signed engagement agreement, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, or advisor agreement, that written agreement should control over general website summaries where the terms differ.

Attorney and professional review

Clients should obtain their own medical, legal, billing, coding, credentialing, HR, regulatory, tax, accounting, securities, insurance, compliance, or other professional advice for regulated or specialized matters. Syrosoft website content should not be treated as a substitute for those reviews.

Trust and confidentiality

Syrosoft's advisory standards provide additional context on confidentiality, advisor conduct, conflicts, and client-side advisory boundaries.

Client trust

For sensitive advisory conversations, clarify confidentiality, scope, advisor involvement, and decision responsibility up front.

Syrosoft’s advisory standards support practical confidentiality, data minimization, conflict awareness, and clear boundaries for client-side review and curated advisor work.
